NC-CCHD is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting North Carolina HD patients and family members locate skilled medical care and resources necessary to manage Huntington’s Disease.
We are available to discuss your needs, help you prioritize, and assist in the search for local and statewide resources. We are here to support you and your family as you embrace the challenge of living the best life possible with Huntington’s Disease.
